What must appear on a quote
System size (kW DC), exact panel model and quantity, inverter model, expected first-year production (kWh), 25-year production guarantee, gross price, net price after incentives, financing terms and warranty summary.
Apples-to-apples comparison
Normalize all quotes to price per watt ($/W in USA, ₹/W in India). Anything more than 15% above the local median deserves a justification (premium panels, complex roof, battery included).
